By accessing or using Ubicated, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Ubicated provides a cloud-based logistics management platform available through monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription plans, as well as a premium membership with a five (5) year term, subject to the commercial conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

At Ubicated, we value user satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality services. However, due to the nature of our services and the delivery of software-based solutions under a subscription model, all sales are final. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Ubicated does not accept returns of subscription fees or any other charges related to the continued use of its services. This policy applies regardless of whether the platform has been actively used during the billing period.
All fees paid to Ubicated are non-refundable, in whole or in part. This includes, without limitation, cancellations made before the end of the current billing cycle.
It is the user’s responsibility to carefully review the platform’s features, functionalities, and subscription terms prior to subscribing. Lack of use, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with any aspect of the service does not constitute grounds for a refund or return.
Ubicated reserves the right to modify, enhance, or update the platform at any time. Such changes are part of the continuous improvement of the service and do not entitle users to refunds or returns.
If you experience technical issues or have questions regarding the operation of the platform, our support team is available to assist you. However, support requests do not override or alter this No Refunds & No Returns Policy.
Ubicated reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically to remain informed.
